Work from home - our office

People working from home have all kinds of individual quirks when it comes to their working environment. Some work best early in the morning, while others get in their "zone" late at night (me).

I've discovered that I really do have to keep the two parts of my life (work and home) discrete; my focus & mindset for each is very different, and if I try to blend the two they both become muddy and less efficient. So when I work, I work - and I work hard. When I'm home, I'm home. Well I'm going to try this from the 1st of July. whahaha

There is a constant struggle between being at work...and being at home.

Yes, stuff comes up. It’s hard to say, “No, I can’t help, I’m working.” And, of course, we want to help. But at the same time, we have deadlines to meet and schedules to keep up with.

Is there an easy answer? I don’t think so. It’s part of the tapestry of working from home.
